Sally Kohn: I've been an evangelist my entire career of asking for help. She started the Councils for Internet Executives in 2002, which has had thousands of senior executives come through it. "It's a very simple program. We simply put leaders together in non-competing companies and small forums," she says. The first council was set up by her mother 50 years ago to bring elementary school teachers together that asked for help from each other.
