Do You Sell Hot Food at Events?

We work on a 65% gross profit when it comes to selling the see rules and sources. Last year, we just sell seasonings and sources. We did do hot food at certain festivals, but it's quite a lot of high risk for us to go and do that. If an event works with food, it does really, really well. Don't get me wrong, but I feel like it's a really, really high risk because then we've got a bin loads of things. Loads of stuff are going to be in. It's loads of wastage.
