Survivor's Guide to Self Energy

Our lived experience is entirely protective part energy, and we don't have access to self energy at all. Only through a practice and a guided experience of accessing self energy do we finally experience just a glimmer of the white light of self energy. Really tapping into this power takes it's like learning how to walk. It's very wobbly. And why is it so difficult for us? So this is really important information we have, i think, as survivors, a really deeply held separation code. There's a whole level of trust building internally that needs to happen.
