The Importance of Being Healthy

I really started to gravitate towards just being, understanding what health is and understanding that what you put in to becoming healthy is super significant. And so I just started pouring things into being healthy and it just rewarded me all of my life. Even to this day, I'm 67. I can still do just about everything I've always ever been able to do. You know, people on the outside call you a health nut. I've got that phrase, you know, 40 years ago. It's just like, they really can't say that anymore because they're starting to suffer from not being a health nut type thing. Yeah. Well, that's cool. That's my motivation.
