The Ultimate Intuition Meditation

The ultimate insight meditation is just notice everything exactly as it is all your human experience, whether it's thinking, emotions in the body or external sounds you hear. The way i was trained, it was recommended to meditate sequentially, both within a sitting period and sort of along the path over years. I will say that being aware of my body is my favorite meditation technique. When i feel at all agitated about something,  i can really do soothe me. If i'm talking to someone who has anxiety, i'm more available to connect with my friend in an authentic way. Am, pretty much for 30 days every day, when i'm late,you know? And unfortunately
