Are You in Favor of a State Lottery?
In order to allow a state, let's say, to run a lottery itself, there's a loophole that must be written. Most states do have their own lotteries, but for someone else to come in and do it, it would be illegal. Would you be in favor of sponsoring or trying to get rolling some legislation that would allow for a widespread deployment of prize-linked savings? Do you think that's something that treasury should get its momentum behind?
