The Best Performers in the Mortgage Market
London and the southeast are not doing well. East Anglia, perhaps surprisingly, is the worst performing region though. Northern Ireland is the only region putting on a positive number at the moment. The East Midlands, Scotland and Wales relatively among the best performers. Manchester in particular, I would have go as far as to say prices are on the open up,. But certainly holding firm and sales are strong.
