Quicknote on Macoas?

There is this mack out called cooldown that lets you basely put a toggle in your minu bar to turn low power mote on. The animation is really strange compared to i pares, but then when open it, it's not like it's this regular window. It kind of feels to me like quicknote was always meant to be an iparoas feature, and they did the bare minimum work to make it happen on macoas. Quicknote is a truly weird ede san I can't think of a feature where they added it decided it needed to be in all platforms, but it works fundamentally different on all of them.
