The Carbon Budget Is Crucial for Decarbonization Solutions
The science is absolutely clear that the degree of global warming and the frequency of extreme weather events are all the function of how much carbon and other greenhouse gases are in the atmosphere. At current levels of production of carbon, we have less than 10 years on that carbon budget if we keep that pace. What is necessary is to start to bend that curve. This is really a crucial decade to move forward.
