The Importance of Setting Routes

It's more of a materialistic mindset or one where you're not wanting to set routes. I'm all about setting routes in a location. And it's not that you can't move every so often when you own a home. It's actually my wife's foster brother. He moves every 2.5 years. In the United States, you can sell your primary residence after 2.5 year of living there. So he's gone from a $50,000 house to a 1 to 1.5 million dollar place. With the appreciation we've seen in the last year, year and a half, it could be $2 million plus.
