Do Hard Things?

When we go out and seek to do challenges, what happens is we have control. And i think when we have control over things, that's when we're actually training this like mental toughness. As we often think of quitting as kness, it just gives us another decision to make. In some cases, quitting is the right thing to do. I think the other thing that we have wrong when it comes to toughness are these ideas that it’s all about putting your head down, bull dozing through, ignoring pain. Instead, real toughness is about acceptance and opening up.
