Sally Kohn: I think that there really was a deficit of respect at even the basic levels in the America of 2012. She says women were subject to constant sexual harassment at work and discrimination against promoting people to management. Kohn: You've produced just too many elites, but it's not an elite overproduction so much as diversity being ignored. The new labor movement can fix this problem because we had disrespect for working class," she said.
