Is There a Difference Between Morality and Ethics?

If you're stranded on a desert island there are better and worse ways to live. You could just set all of the trees on fire and destroy the island or you could just masturbate until you starve. It doesn't matter how you live if you aren't interacting with anyone else like literally I just don't give a fuck when you rather be happy than alone in a cave, that's what I would rather do.
