A, my problem with the criminal referrld thing is, first of all, it's just not a thing. And it's not only not a thing, it doesn't matter, right? Because meri garland has already said they're looking very closely at all these things. They're watching the hearings. The department of justice should be more responsive to congress or the president for that matter. There is supposed to be some real church state separation between law enforcement and criminal investigations and political branches. What should be just as true of congress?"
