With a looming circuit split, with supreme court practice. And i think this would even meet the new cavana emergency docket kind of a test. You have no guarantee that the fifth circuit looking at this on bonk, will act with any more speed than the supreme court. So maybe this is going to get seid for oral argument in june. They could get absolute la, absolutely demolished.
