The first step was divide and conquer in which you understand how you're spending your time on, create workflow diagrams. The second step design and implement is to actually design the solutions that are going to be deployed into your business. And the third step is refine and iterate. Once you start automating things, basically, you have these systems and in these systems, you want to understand what's going on. For example, once we automated everything, we were able to spend more time with the new employee by talking to them.
