Jiu Jitsu - You Are the Boss

I haven't done martial arts since I was a kid. And you know, honestly, I've missed it for so many years. At age 49, I decided to start learning Jiu Jitsu and I'm so happy I did. It's never too late. If our mind is open, if we keep our minds open, then it doesn't matter the age. My only limit is my body. But when you're ready, again, you decide. That's what true education means. You're the boss, independent learning.
