I take your point about mobile devices democratizing connectivity and connections around the world. But I find it hard to believe that we can expect learners to complete degree programs or even microdegrees on just a mobile device. Whether it's a laptop or a mobile device, today the cost about the same. And so, you know, I would definitely argue that online and digital technologies will help democratize education. Not to be sure I'll be fully there yet.
