I'm curious now with the benefit of hindsight. Would you advise them to go all in on one thing to recruit for thinking back to your situation of marketing and consulting. I think that I think those are great lessons you've learned. But if we were just evaluating on getting the internship offer, I would say, okay, maybe it does make sense for one but you ended up getting there so I guess what I'm saying is it also depends on what you want to optimize for maybe right.
