How Do You Find the Right Candidates for a State of DR Job?
Our strategy is a multi-channel approach that means that we would always post the job ads and it's actually not that easy to write a very good job at. So first step is always writing a state of DR job ad and then publish it on different platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed but also more position specific job portals which already focus on a certain target group. Then we combine this with active sourcing so again we use for example LinkedIn also different links and groups but also basically communities beyond the alternative protein industry. And we are using every possible network and organization and multiplier that is out there because I think some of the positions are so specific that you really need to find the right people with the skill set
