Lights Out

CHAPTER

The Story of a Killer

By the end of the interrogation session, joel had described and confessed to all 17 murders in detail. He wrote down all the names of the victims that he could remember, and even sketched maps of the areas where he dumped the bodies. When he told his stories about what had happened to each of his victims, he was completely cold and detached. Police officers raded joel's mother's house in east meadow. They refused to tell his mother what happened to him, saying that he was arrested for a traffic violation.
