Derde clement is a professor of history at the university of nevada, last vegas. He studies clothing as a form of social change. What's happened over the course of the past really hundred years is we've seen the slow encroachment of casual clothing into what we wear to the office. People start to push for more freedom in the eighties into the nineties. This sort of chaos of the pandemic, the social change associated with the pandemic has re defined what it's ok to wer and where you can wear that.
