I think it's definitely it's been like a nuclear option in some ways where all areas of life, it's not something you do casually or often. It certainly requires a lot of education and knowledge about what total just might work or. But I mean, I'd already been quite deep into meditation and transcendental meditation in particular. So that's why I think more than ever just listening to intuition, you know, just having that.
