When i was there, actually, the treatment i was on was basically starting me on an antipsychotic and basically observing me. I would say the best treatment i got was as an out patient when i left hospital. It was the therapy that they gave me afterwards. The nurses were definitely so important to me getting out in things like that. You can feel quite alone in there. You're away from your friends and family. You're quite scared.
