How Do You Price Your Employees Hourly Rate?
nick: Culture and, ou know, treating employees fairly is superimportant to me. i offer retirement, medical, family medical. We have the time between christmas and new year's paid mandatory vacation. The whole company shuts down the week around july fourth, paid manatory vacation for the whole company. And i no, just, i want to make that my employers are treated in a way that it's not all about work. So from an hourly rate perspective, i actually worked with my accountant and we built a labor burden sheet.
