The difference between military victory and political victory is something that civilians just aren't generally aware of. We suffer from what i call the tactitization of strategy, which means we have to go against a high level foe like china or russia. And you know what is war? War is armed politics. That's what war is. It's armed politics by other means. Raceis policy but the word for politics and policy is the same. There's no such thing as bifercated victory.
