The Power of Self Presence

When I'm driven it's when the inner critic is hyped up. If I live in that drivenness the inner critic gets to just run free and talk talk talk talkTalk about your self-image on a self press site. It's like this choice to be like no, I'm not going to let the inner critic keep speaking to me right now I need to put the mute button on. You can only see what's right in front of you what you have to accomplish. And then when those blinders are taken off you see a whole world around you that you didn't even know existed.
