Mage the Podcast: A Guide to Dark Ages Mage

Grimwar is the main book. Everything else all the supplements are supplements. From that point of view I think it's going to be harder to run pillar magic for your players. Yeah after reading through these books maybe this is personal bias but I would rather be a storyteller for sphere system than for the pillar system. One of my main criticisms is if I want to create a new faction of mages or bring in some wild faction from one of the older mage books into this setting I've got to make pillars for them and make a foundation for them. That's more heavy lifting than I really want to do as a storytellers. So yeah it makes it hard from that point
