The dollar can't be going up because of the fed, at least not interest rates. The more puzzling aspect is why fluctuations in the dollar have such strong global effects. Even somebody like paul crogman has picked up on the idea that number one, the dollar goig up in exchange value. That's not good. In number two, it can't really be about the fet at least not about rate higts.
