Introduction
US 10-year treasuries are back on the up up eight basis points to over 4% now. Philip Bailey has suggested overnight that maybe they don't need to raise rates any more than they have already. Is he right to do that? And inflation in Europe we get the number for the Eurozone today. But the German CPI didn't go down and bond yields are pushing higher as they are in the US again today.
