The Disservice of Women in the Armed Forces
When she was in the military, it was pretty bad for sexism and misogyny. And industry is no better roses either, right? I don't know if we need a minister for women in the armed forces. We draw from the armed forces when they leave. It's so wrong. If women aren't going into the armed forces and they're leaving super early, they're not going to be coming into defense. Even if they are leaving, they'll look at defense and go, no, thanks. I've had enough. There's nothing I can do. Tess: "I'm more passionate about military capability than about women"
