The Effects of Stress on the Metabolism

Jade: We can either do a very narrow calorie gap for very long periods of time using something like eat less Exercise less or eat more exercise more. That should work pretty well and should not stress out the metabolism. Or we can take very short periods of time four days to seven days Maybe up to two weeks where we do an extreme Dieting program with exercise and then go back to isocholoric levels for time before we repeat that. These two approaches seem to work better clinically now, but there are still studies need to be done on them.
