The Benefits and Blessings of Plural Elder Leadership

I never realized how important it was until I had a group of elders around me. How much I relied upon them, how healthy it was for the church. There's just the joy of serving with these men. Brothers in arms. That maybe someone who from the outside looking in and their pastors view it suspiciously. But it is just one of the joys of pastoral ministry to have these brothers who share the yoke of leadership. It's just been a great blessing to me.
