I did not know there was that much standing water in Brooklyn. It seems kind of dangerous to purposely release mosquitoes because they go everywhere. So do you want to like narrow it down to a particular demographic? They've already been given the secret nanotech that will keep them safe. But do they know they've been given the nanotech? Or do they like hide that information from the rest of us? That's about my pay grid.
