How to Structure a Business

I think paying a good price is just not good enough. There needs to be a growth story and levels that can be pulled to grow this business if people are going to be lending or investing alongside you. I was kind of very, very keen saying, what am I solving for? Fundamentally, what any structure would be solving for is kind of providing some kind of liquidity, liquidity event to the seller. And then basically the sector is kind of known,you speak to a few of them and once they go through BizOnce again, the exercise might be helpful because it's like putting out the trigger in the market.
