How to Find the Right Niche Market for Your Business
Each market has to be competitive because if you've got competitive businesses, there are pressures in that market. I don't like going to markets that don't have money to spend. So for me, those selection criteria, 2 million plus, 3 million plus, employees, assets, investing in growth are all big indicators of who I would target. And that could be any niche market. My initial attempt at this was to go after a high value market. And actually into the solar industry was the first niche and also in environmental engineering. That was my hallucination at the time with Hall of the Loosenation.
