I think that pink noise is probably a better solution than things like white noise. If you have access to both, choose the pink noise. I think it's also a much more pleasing sound. Phones are ringing. People knocking at the door. I think they're great for that. But where we get into a little bit of trouble is using the white noise, the pink noise, the brown noise, the purple noise to enhance sleep fundamentally. The research really shows that in a particularly compelling manner. And certainly not anything more that you could achieve through perhaps meditation, increasing your exercise, et cetera.
