The cost of brexet has really come in two different ways. We've taken what was previously a frictionless trading boarder with our largest and nearest trading partner, and we've inserte friction into it. So this is a real economic cost. Economers tend to puddit at something like three or four per centage points of gDP in the long run. You need to do the most extraordinary amount of additional trade with other parts of the world to make up for even relatively small changes in trade with europe. That would be the optimal strategy for higher growth.
