One of the things you suggested is that we schedule it and mention that we're going to have a performance conversation. And I suspect that there's some people that would hear that and say, "I'm going to really make them fearful about that conversation" How do you frame that? What's the benefit of scheduling and mentioning something like that in advance?Kohn: At least if I give them a heads up, they have some time to process and think through it.
