The CIOA Language

The CIOA language is a little confusing in this regard to plus we have a documentation difficulty. A number of the communities that speak these languages don't want white people documenting their language. So some of them are kind of well documented and others are very poorly documented, which makes them thinking about where this system might have developed hard to think.
