Do You See Improvements in Heart Rate?
On the surface, this looks great. Let's start digging the tests they did. Ramp test increased 25 wats per minute until fatigue. So who knows how long that took? A potentially too long. The distribution of training time and zone between these two groups during the test study was matched for before the test study. And i don't think f t p work really actually constitutes high intensity training, right? I mean, it's hard work.
