The Importance of Parapsychology Research
The bottom fell out of the parapsychology research funding after the 70s. Dr Person Ders said that seismic stresses i.e. earthquakes can produce electrical effects that produce luminosity and electromagnetic disturbances through the ionization of air. This is what could possibly create the bright luminous globs that could be interpreted as the glowing orb UFO that we see again and again and again.
