Are We Addicts to Our Phones?

i'm scared to look at my screen time. I don't know if being born in this era that i was in s is a good or bad thing, you know? Or like ya. The phone can do a ridiculous amount of things. And something i think about a lot is, you know, i was born in two thousand and just someone who was born ten or 15 years before me would have a completely differenta experienceo.
