The History of Russia's Power Vertical

Vladimir Putin has created what someone called a power vertical which is a very strong grip on power in Russia. In 2014 Wagner was created and what Wagner is is a mercenary group it's a private army. The US military realized you know that it was sort of making a transition and began to use private military contractors or PMCs. Eric Prince who started Blackwater went on to sort of create a private army for the United Arab Emirates so they're becoming more and more popular but Wagner has probably been the most popular now.
