Russia and Belarus Are Trying to Threaten Ukraine's Northern Border?
The British Ministry of Defense has given an update on the movement of Russian troops into Belarus. The aim here is to try and tie down some Ukrainian resources without seriously threatening an advance, says Peter Bergen. "I think that Russia and Belarus are trying to threaten a new axis up to the north," he adds.
