There is a quote and it was I'm going to credit this to Ellen Sumi who she wrote an article about trade wins in the army, a L and T magazine. She said we're in a system that will sacrifice speed for certainty and an institution that refuses to fail. So why why just if you have any thoughts or observations on that? Like why why else other than what we've talked about? Do we have there's a misnomer about what the ATO should be?
