Don't minimize your own experience. Know what phase you're in and if you've got some shit to handle apart in my French then that's it's like getting a guide. And then if you're in the like tweaking remodeling phase it's like going back to what works. So I have an 11-minute meditation that really help me regulate that that's huge. You know, trauma doesn't mean you had to be abused or you know you had this huge awful thing. It can be different for different people.
