The Importance of Intentionality in Stress Management
We're learning that stress is contagious. Are there ways to support others in their stress but not be taken over by what they're feeling? I think one of the things we find is being, I mean empathetic like clearly is something that kind of starts to allow people to say yes this feeling is validated. For example if you only ever are coming home and unloading your stress on your spouse at some point that's not going to be healthy for either of you right?
