You Can't Just Make Up Anything

Every single dilemma, every time you find yourself in a dead end or anything facing your life, is just a particular frame that you might have and have invented. So the simple way to do this practice of it's all invented is to ask yourself what assumptions am I making that gives me what I see? Once you've kind of worked that out, you've worked out what all your assumptions are. The next question to ask yourself is what might I now invent that I haven't yet invented that are going to give me other choices? Oh, bang on. If you keep practicing that cello or in this case, practicing inventing stuff, you might get there eventually.
