What Do You Think of Current Theories of Consciousness?

I'm fully confident that I'll be wrong about lots of things going forward, right? As a scientist, as a philosopher of science, you kind of make bets on things. And what I realized during this is that once you accept his basic premise that there's something to consciousness that isn't just knowing what the world is like, then you end up where he does as a kind of dualist.
